Leadership panel at the Wellbeing @ Work Summit

April 17, 2024

It was an inspiring morning at the Wellbeing at Work World Summit at KPMG Clubhouse, with two thought-provoking sessions organised by WorkWell Leaders.

The highlight was undoubtedly the main stage panel discussion on CEO-CHRO Partnership for Change, featuring Andrew Minnitt and Shailja Singh from Aon alongside Nathalie Yan from Nomura. With WWL chairperson Anthea Indira Ong as moderator, the panelists dove deep into wellbeing as a horizontal priority, how to role model vulnerability, and equipping middle managers to care for their teams. Attendees were deeply engaged during the panel, with some even jotting down careful notes.

The conversation continued in a closed-door Q&A session, where 15 participants sat down to pick the panel’s brains further. What ensued was an energetic exchange of ideas focused on strategic implementation including return-to-office policies in a post-Covid world, building intercultural competencies and turning “boss-managers” into “coaching-managers”.

Both sessions underscore the unique vantage point of WorkWell Leaders as a catalyst for organisational change. No one has all the answers, but much can be gleaned when leaders come together with vulnerability and opennness.
