Community Care Leadership – In conjunction with Community Care Day 2023
WorkWell Leaders and Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore), a founding member of WWL, co-organised a leaders’ dialogue for the community care sector leaders at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront as part of the Community Care Leadership Series by AIC.
Member leaders Khai Yang Koh of Wood Mackenzie and Andrew Epaphroditus Tay of NUS Health and Wellbeing, National University of Singapore shared openly their personal experiences in mental wellbeing and their leadership practices. Andrew in particular was very generous with the practical strategies from his wealth of experience leading wellbeing for 13,000 staff and 45,000 students of Singapore’s largest university.
The other panelist, Joe Hau who is CEO of Renci Hospital also shared many nuggets of wisdom.
Kwang Cheak Tan who is CEO of AIC and also board member of WWL was a masterful moderator who not only kept the pace well and space safe for the panelists to share openly but also engaged the audience in a considered manner including inviting Anthea Indira Ong, WWL’s Chairperson, to share her perspectives.
WWL is committed to creating and facilitating more of such cross-sectoral platforms for leaders to learn from and with each other to become better in taking care of themselves and their people that will help create mentally healthy workplaces for thriving employees.
