Why Donate to Workplace Wellbeing? 💼
In today’s fast-paced world, the need for workplace mental wellbeing has never been more critical. A 2023 study found that 43% of Singaporeans say their mental health is impacting their work and 52% report that they are more stressed than the previous year. With Singapore reporting the lowest job satisfaction and employee engagement in the region, there is an urgent need for employers to address workplace mental wellbeing.
Taylor Swift’s connection with mental health and wellbeing is well known. As the voice of her generation, her music has framed mental health discussions in a way that’s relatable to young people’s own experiences. Her work brings comfort to listeners and helps to break down the stigma surrounding mental health.
