These Learning Sessions for HR and operations leaders focus on sharing practical and implementable solutions on wellbeing in the workplace for member organisations. They also serve as a knowledge sharing platform for government and social service agencies to drive awareness of resources available to member organisations.

Plus One Connect

Focused on very specific organisational and employee wellbeing challenges, members come together in small working groups to create best practice guidelines for programme implementation. Working group topics cover every aspect of policy and programmes across culture and strategy, infrastructure and resources, and emotional support for employees across the spectrum of prevention to intervention and recovery.
