20th Learning Session


WorkWell Leaders held its 20th Learning Session with 42 senior HR and business leaders from a broad cross-section of organisations to discuss changemaking and changemakers, off the back of yesterday’s launch of the WorkWell Leaders Impact Roadmap.
Our guest speaker, Reuben Ng, Behavioural and Data Scientist, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy & Canary Intelligence and Analytics, in a conversation with Bob Grove, shared his perspectives on how he uses the behavioural science approach to make change stick. He also talked through the key findings from the WorkWell Leaders Impact Measure study, and how the Roadmap is a behavioural interpretation of those findings – an action plan for leaders to drive change. He emphasised that for change to be successful it needs to be connected to the drivers, motivations and desires that lie beneath the surface of groups and people.
