In its third year, the WorkWell Leaders Awards 2025– held at Conrad Singapore Orchard on 24 April, and attended by 400 CEOs and their teams – celebrated a series of firsts. In addition to the worthy award winners, WWL unveiled two new and groundbreaking initiatives:
- Announced Singapore’s first Top 25 Impact Employers for wellbeing “to shine a spotlight on organisations that lead by example, demonstrating that prioritising employee wellbeing is not just good for people, but also good for business,” said Anthea Ong, Founder and Chairperson of WWL.
- Revealed the findings of a first-of-its kind, science-backed study – the WorkWell Leaders Impact Measure – analysing over 200 factors to uncover what truly drives organisational wellbeing and performance. This study was done in partnership with the National University of Singapore and identified that the #1 driver of organisational performance is organisational wellbeing itself. The WorkWell Leaders Impact Measure White Paper can be found here.
Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, who made a surprise appearance at the Awards Gala with a video message, referencing the WorkWell Leaders Awards, said “Leaders in particular play a key role. They set the tone for the entire team and shape organisational culture, when leaders foster a positive work environment, the whole organisation benefits.”
Across two award categories of BE WELL (recognising leadership) and LEAD WELL (recognising organisation-wide programmes), the award winners demonstrated courage, compassion, commitment, and clarity in creating safe, inclusive, and resilient workplaces.
