World Mental Health Month 2024, National Leadership Pledge garnered 120+ signatures
To commemorate World Mental Health Month, WorkWell Leaders and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) kicked off a national leadership pledge campaign for leaders to differentiate themselves as an employer of choice and send a strong signal of their commitment to the wellbeing of their teams.
In line with the World Mental Health Day theme “It’s time to prioritise mental health in the workplace”, the pledge challenged leaders to upload a selfie and declare their commitment to supporting the wellbeing of their employees with action and programmes. SNEF generously extended free training sessions on workplace mental health to all participating organisations.
WWL was delighted to see strong reception from leaders nationwide, with over 120 leaders making public pledges throughout the month.
