[The Straits Times] OCBC, DBS and NUS recognised for prioritising mental health in the workplace
At the inaugural WorkWell Leaders Awards, OCBC, DBS and NUS each won awards in the Lead Well category for organisation-wide wellbeing programmes; and the individual awards for leadership, under the Be Well category. Went to National University of Singapore (NUS) president Tan Eng Chye, and the Agency for Integrated Care’s deputy director and head of engagement and culture Maninderjit Kaur – were recognised for setting the tone and culture for building mentally healthy workplaces. NUS also won the Wellbeing Organisation of the Year Award.
380 CEOs and their teams attended the gala dinner, alongside guest of honour, President Halimah Yacob. The awards set a national standard for best practice in leadership and workplace mental wellbeing.
